This year's theme is Polish prosperity. Minicon is well-known for its relaxing and calm atmosphere full of good meals and drinks. That doesn’t mean that we didn’t prepare an interesting program for you!

Jeopardy

You may again play the game Jeopardy and use your knowledge of this year’s theme playing for original prizes. Signing up for the game will happen during the con itself. 

Thematic movie screening

For the duration of the whole con, we’ll be screening movies with the Polish prosperity. Come watch them in our screening room, bringing lots of popcorn, which you can find for free in our kitchen.

DDR

You can also play Dance Dance Revolution during the whole con. It is a musical dancing Konami game, originally released in Japan in 1998 as an arcade. After some time it made its way to consoles and PC with Xpad mats. We own two of them, so you can even try to play duels. 

Sony PlayStation PS4 Virtual Reality Headset

This year, you'll be able to try out a variety of VR games, including the famous Beat Saber. Of course, a bunch of other games, such as Crash Bandicoot CTR for up to four players.

Cakecon

We cannot possibly miss our traditional Cakecon. It is a relaxing stay in a Zrnko Café located in the royal town Soběslav with delicious coffee and lots and lots of cakes.  Náš již tradiční Dortcon nesmí chybět. The event is limited up to 26 people. 

Board games

A very popular part of the fun for many participants. Many games to rent on site.

Bechyně and surroundings

Guided tour of the royal city of Bechyně and the Lužnice valley. About a 5km walk.

Surroundings

The surroundings of the consite lures for various trips. You can choose between Borkovice swamps with peat-bogs, the preserve of Černice (founded in 1586 by Peter Vok from Rožmberk) with fallow-deers and deers, unique chain bridge at Stádlec, Dobronice castle ruins, or trail along the Lužnice river, crossing celtic burial grounds, leading to royal city Tábor.

Not far from Hlavatce you can find the ancient royal city Bechyně, with its minorite monastery, castle, and picturesque historical center.

Don't forget to visit local national monument, the Zvíkov castle, which is related to the house of Přemyslids, and is guarding the valley with the Orlík dam since year 1234. When you are finished with the castle, feel free to visit the courtyard brewery Zvíkov in the bailey, where you can taste various kinds of local beer called Zlatá Labuť (Golden Swan).
